Join us for Saskia Sassen, Robert S. Lynd Professor of Sociology and Co-Chair, Committee on Global Thought, Columbia University, speaking on the "Global Street" followed by a discussion on "Comparative Urbanism and the Politics of Form" with Arjun Appadurai, Paulette Goddard Professor of Media, Culture, and Communication, New York University moderated by Anupama Rao, Associate Professor of History, Barnard College, Columbia University.
