WHY GIVE?

To Impact Lives and Inspire Change

The Center for the Study of Social Difference is more than just a center. It is a community for faculty and students, launched to address societal challenges, elevate faculty networks, and enrich their pedagogy.

CSSD's success depends on the faculty, internal partners, and external stakeholders who believe in its mission. While we secured some critical funding support from the Women Creating Change Leadership Council early on, we seek contributions to help us continue this vital mission to foster ethical and progressive social change.

Our faculty leaders know the best ideas come from collaboration and shared purpose.

That's why your support is critical.

The work of the CSSD
creates impact in three ways:

When I was first introduced to Women Creating Change, I was very impressed by the interdisciplinary approach to researching issues that women impact as well as issues that impact women. In our current global environment, it is extremely important that we understand the influence of women on the economic, political, and cultural forces that shape our surroundings. Our programs seek to incorporate academic research about women and other underrepresented groups in the classroom and to better inform global decision making. Our faculty leverage donor support in impressive ways to produce extraordinary global projects. Please join us in supporting this dynamic research and outreach.
